Internet keeps dropping

My internet keeps dropping out. I have connection to the box but the middle light keeps starting then going out. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now

I can't get the website to come up on my phone and I can't take a picture to post on this chat? Is there any way you can access this?

You could try the service checker in the broadband section of your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data.  If it detects an external fault it should let you book an engineer
