Internet keeps dropping out

The past few days my internet keeps dropping.  At first I thought it was steam (I had that issue before) but then for a few days my phone kept disconnecting from internet, and when I looked the router light had gone out, so I reset router, and last few days my computer keeps losing internet and router again is losing the light, or if light stays on, no devices can connect to it like it's not on.

Re: Internet keeps dropping out

@MrMorginus You can run the test at anytime, it may or may not find an issue but follow it as laid out.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
