Internet keeps dropping out

Starting from yesterday my Internet connection keeps dropping out I'm not getting the speeds I pay for and thre fix doesn't fix anything. Is anyone experiencing the same issues and is it because of the temperature??.

@Gamer01000 If the fix does not fix as you expect then it is time to call sky and have them take a look.
