Internet keeps dropping out every 15 minutes for 2 minutes this is really affecting my work

Internet keeps dropping out every 15 minutes for 2 minutes this is really affecting my work As I work from

home internet dropping out on teams calls constantly  I need this to be fixed asap or I wil have to change providers please send me a booster or fix this problem I have already spoken to sky several times about this same issue and nothing has been done

I don't know how to do this I've tested the line and it's said it's fine but it's not it's constantly dropping out I will loose my job if this continues if this is not resolved by next week I will cancel my sky broadband
