Internet keeps dropping out during teams meetins

I work from home and recently my internet connection isn't supporting teams calls. It regularly freezes or drops out, even when not sharing screens or have camera on. I have checked my broadband connection and it says it's good And connection to my work laptop is also good but the problem is persisting. Any ideas? (Not terribly technically minded so keep answers simple please)

@Stella0208 you may have similar symptoms but the cause can often be different.If youbwant help,please post whst happens to the lights on your hub when your Teams meetings drop.

I am also having this same problem, MS Teams drops out in calls, as does access to any work app over the internet, MS O365 etc. Even had had a new work laptop provided and that didnt help.
