Internet keeps dropping out but sky diagnostic doesn't recognise a problem

We have an issue with our sky broad.

The TV only works via satelite dish and not via internet.

When trying to browse or use video calling etc, the internet keeps dropping out.

I have run the sky diagnostics online and it says there isn't an issue, but there clearly is.

I also ran the diagnoistic via the sky set top box (Q) and it recognises the issue.

I try to book an engineer and earliest is 10 days.

So annoying
