Internet keeps dropping off

Our broadband continually drops off. We have a sky hub. I have pulled out plugs at telephone port and out of back of router. I have pressed the reset button on back of hub. Was considering sky glass but obviously with this repeatedly happening this will not be an option. I have also replaced the cable still no change. Anybody got any other ideas.

I am having the same issue, my sky stream keeps disconnecting from the internet
