Internet keeps dropping for 2/3 minutes at a time multiple times throughout the day

Wifi continually drops throughout the day, with the Internet and voice indicators dropping to amber for around 2/3 minutes which then comes back. This happens multiple times a day and is impacting work.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have used the service checker and does not find a fault.

Mine is dropping constantly too and I'm working from home. Checked the service status and it says no issues. This is in Doncaster

Mine is the same. Cant even run the service checker and the Online assistant also not working.

How on earthh do you speak to a human in these circumstances

We had the same issue last week, it kept dropping loads and losing signal.

I used teh My Sky app to  test our set up with Service Checker and it showed up an external fault which was automatically reported and  BT came and fixed last week out in our street - brilliant service!

Mine does the same. Tried the testing and it says its alright, even though signal dropped whilst i was trying to do the bot chat.
