Internet keeps disconnecting

My internet drops every 3 mins for about 15 seconds then is perfectly fine it used to happen like 3 weeks before and all I did was just wait and it randomly stopped. No one really has a genuine resolution and everyone blames it on the weather. Even though the weather is perfectly fine
