Internet keeps crashing

I go onto a website Starr to do what I have to do for example top up my gas meter I start to fill in payment section Internet drops/crashes so I have to turn WiFi of on phone or tablet and restart it again to be able to continue what I was doing .sometimes it take many attempts some time just need to do it 1 or 2 times .this been going on for last month

If you can access other websites without issues then try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down and reload your browser before trying again.
