Internet keep losing connection

Internet keeps losing connection every 15/20 minutes. 
orange appears. I then reset the router for the same problem to happen again been like this for a week and half now. Just getting worse each day. 

I have ran the online test it comes back saying everything is ok and there is work in my area. 

help please.
