Internet issues

Our internet is very slow and our devices keep disconnecting and saying there is no internet avaliable

Same. Every evening, about this time. Very frustrating. Speed test etc says all is ok and no devices connected. I have a phone, sky stream, an Alexa and an iPad all supposedly connected.

Yes me too and when i work from home my laptop does not connect

Yeah, mines only connected to certain apps and not others.

Issues in TD11 area. Internet connection coming and going but diagnostics check returns no fault.

I spoke to them today. Turns out because my broadband shield was on PG. It can affect loads of different apps in certain ways. Really weird. Even ones that you would imagine are kid-friendly still wasn't working on PG. Soon as I change my broadband shield. It all started working.
