@Tracy113 to stream video you need a strong steady WiFi signal if you other decices work properly it is probably due tontge Firestick being behind the TV which as it contains metal blocks a lot of the signal. Amazon sell short HDMI extention cables which can move the Firestick into the open which may sort the issue.
