Our internet connection has been shocking for months. It's driving everyone insane we have to unplug and restart it upto 10 times a day! Were not getting anywhere near the speeds I pay for or the service that should be provided! What is wrong with it and how do we fix it and get the speeds we're supposed to be getting?
I've got the box in the hallway not behind a door or closed in anywhere followed all the hints and tips to make it work and it's just shocking service for the price we pay, genuinely thinking of cancelling the entire package and going elsewhere.
