@Jab93 To start with would disconnet the Ethernet cable from the ONT, Ensure that the PSU Unit is plugged into a GOOD mains power socket and not into a cheap multi strip connector. Once the ONT gets up and to GREEN lights NO change it should stay ROCK solid! Watch it for a 30 minute period you do not want the Power Light on it going off to the Red as it is restarting the ONT!
