Internet issues 19/09/2023 workaround

This seems to be a DNS issue, using Google's DNS has fixed it for me:

 

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

 

Took a little while to figure out why my PC was the only device in the house working when I realised I was already on the Google DNS.
