Please can you check if I am entitled to the super fast internet as I im having trouble with my Internet

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning types are available.

@ZAHRABAKER80 If you use the sky checker also will cover all of what they expect to give to your home!
