this has also been happening to me and when spoke to skhy they dont seem to have a clue my router outputs 60mbs but none of my devices are working with it even with my xbox being hardwired into the router it only pulls in less than 500kbs. i would assume it is the router which is what i think mine is. ring sky and request a router swap they should send and engineer and a new router fir you, its what theyre doing for me and i hope it works.
