Internet is rubbish
Hi,
i have broadband in my house which has never been good. The tvs dont work all the time and cut out, the broadband doesnt even go round the house even though we have a booster. I need an engineer to come and put what ever is needed in this property to enable a fully working system that covers the house with signal for tvs and internet.
this is an inspection thats needed not a conversation. I am happy to move my broadband as it simply is not fit for use.
please come back to me

@Chris121 You won't get a response from Sky here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers with just a few Sky staff and they will not be able to assist with this issue.
You will have to call Sky and request an engineer visit, but don't be surprised if they offer to just send out another booster.

Note that ISPs don't actually guarantee such a service is available. The 'WiFi Guarantee' is of a small refund if coverage isn't possible: realistically the profit margin on a domestic broadband subscription doesn't come close to paying for bespoke network installation.
