Internet is not working
Hi ,Sky broadband is activated on 15/07/24.since then there is no Internet connection ,i tried many times to contact ,still i didn'tget any help .Thank you

No internet connection since it is activated on 15/07/24
The broadband activated on 15/07/24 and since then there is no internet connection

@SKY2FHXQ Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
