Our internet is really slow and goes off around 6-10 times a day, sometimes for up to an hour. We have a Sky Q box in the bedroom which constantly buffers and freezes to the point where we rarely use it. My wife works from home and when she has a video call everyone else in the flat has to disconnect their devices to give her enough signal to connect and a lot of the time this is not enough for her to connect.
We are seriously thinking of moving our internet supplier elsewhere.

After reading several posts about the same thing I started to wonder whats the point in this "community" chat since every post almost seems to just have one mod saying that they have escallated the problem and will send them a PRIVATE chat.
Whats the point in sending someone a private chat then when someone else has the same problem they have no idea if they fixed the problem or how to fix it?
Its all well and good to give someone a private chat but when someone like me is looking on posts to see if there is anything I can do its pointless.
