Sky are absolutely useless. So unhelpful.
internet has been non existent for weeks and poor for months.
everytime I login and try the service checker - says there is a problem. And engineer is booked. Nothing changes.
call them, send a new router. Nothing changes. Been lied to on multiple occasions about engineer visits. Nothing changes.
called again only to be told nothing has been booked - wait another week.
operatives on the phone claiming the line ia fine when clearly it's not. Oh and how convenient, we are no longer covered by a speed guarantee. Shambles of a company. And now they want to raise the price. Ridiculous company. Useless in every way. I don't expect this post will help much.
off to find a proper company. Wasted enough money with these jokers.
