Internet frequently fully disconnecting :(

Hi guys, Looking for some help if possible as this is driving me crazy...

I recently joined Sky around 2-3 month ago and my internet had been pretty consistent, the odd wifi drop out here and there but nothing major. The last few weeks however the router appears to fully disconnect as all items lose connection and the Router shows orange lights. 

 

The biggest issue i have with this is I WFH where i spend the majority of my days on Teams calls (I know! The joys eh ha!) but it is causing drop outs which is a nightmare when presenting etc. 

Everytime i check the MySky app it shows green as it seems to wait until it comes back on before i get a response on connection to the hub (conveniently). Drop outs are usually around a couple of minutes in length and happen daily. 

Is there anything more than can be done to test the line for example from Sky's end? Anything i can do in the Router settings online?

I can see it dropped over 5hours ago unfortunately sky tend only to consider it a fault if it happens more than 10 or more times a day or the speed drops below 100Mbps for g.fast

Thanks, so if i've had drop outs within 5 hours would that suggest the issue is with the wifi connection and not the router in this instance? Is that possible? Where the router would be connected to the main feed but the Wifi side of the router can disconnect and go orange?

The amber lights if on the internet light would indicate an external issue but insufficient to be regarded as a line fault
