I've had sky since about April and it's been fine but recently (started about a month ago), my internet keeps dropping out. I'll attach a photo of what the lights look like every time it drops out.
This happens about 3 times every hour, and it seems to just resolve itself before I can go to the sky app and get it checked. However, this morning, it's dropped out and I've gone onto the sky app and it says there's a problem with my broadband (photo attached).
I then go to the broadband checker and once checked, it says there's no problem? (Photo attached)
But my internet will not work on anything at all. Please someone help because the virtual assistant was rubbish. Why do they not have a live chat with people?!?

Find out more@Chesfletchh not good given you have tried to sort this rather than take you through further fault finding I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
I can assure you they are human and normally very helpful😀
