@Yankie0407 if the service checker in the My Sky app is not offering to book an engineer to 6check your line call Sky to see if yhey can get Openreach to accept a fault report. Whether Openreach will intervene or not will depend on the number of drops and whether the automstic systems managing the line still have scope to stabilise the connection by gradually increasing the noise margin in steps each night. Sky have very limited ability to force Openreach to take action.
