Internet dropping

Our internet was installed last week and continues to drop out intermittently with an orange light showing. It has done this multiple times per day. The app show everything is fine but it isn't.

@PadraigDonlon sounds like a line issue if the My Sky app isn't offering to book an engineer give Sky a call.
