Internet dropping

The internet has been dropped on and off frequently at our address the last few days. After testing it says there is no issues but clearly there is a problem. Could you arrange an engineer please to check. I am back to work on Monday and work from home and cant afford to have internet dropping out as it is as I am a minute taker for social services.
