Internet dropping

I've had issues before with the internet keep dropping out. An engineer visited and reset the port and it was okay for a while but dropping out again. He said if it happened again to contact sky for a new hub as I've had this one a while. How do I order a new hub?

As advised by the engineer you would need to call Sky as it can't be arranged via here.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
