Internet dropping

Hi. We have a device that keeps dropping Internet and kicks you out. It's connected to the upstairs TV.  The test on here says the connection is OK. What can we/you do to boost this?

Is it just this single device suffering with the issue? 

What happens if you move it closer to the hub?
