Internet dropping out

Hi

we recently had bt out to look at our incoming supply and they managed to clear a fault at the exchange but since then it's still randomly dropping out 

they advised that they may need to run in a new supply from another pole 

we keep finding that the internet just drops out then using 4g or no signal at all

@DustyMcClarty That will happen when you have the mobile set to changeover to 4G operation when the Internet signal goes off!
