Internet dropping out randomly

Hello, my internet seems to drop every now and then but pretty regular the last few days. The WiFi will appear then disappear along with wired devices dropping out. We have the upgraded hub also and we are not all ways getting the guranteeed speeds thanks

Have you tried the broadband & WiFi diagnostic either through the MySky app or at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
