Internet dropping out or low signal

Hi there, Last week I noticed while on teams calls my connection was dropping out, my work laptop is connected to the internet via an ethernet cable, therefore dropouts should be minimal. It has been happening consistently since last Thursday, last night I unplugged, my router and the fibre box to remove any static. The issue has not reappeared until tonight around 5pm. Videos on Instagram are not loading, Images are pixelated, I can't play songs through Spotify and when I tried to run an internet & WiFi check on your app, it just gets stuck. Once I turn off my WiFi on my phone all of the issues above disappear. Can you please look at this urgently. I work from home and require an internet connection that does not drop out

@Janey92 You have kind off answered the problem if turning your wireless wi-fi off on the phone then issues all stop, the problem is something in your phone causing the issue! possibly an app going haywire and causing bandwidth to be hogged!
