Internet dropping out. 

whilst I am contacting, please can you let me know what support you offer for WiFi extenders? I am not getting good enough signal in my small house to work and do reliable video calls.

i need an extender or something in my kitchen.

Just so you know you are not talking directly to Sky support here, this is mainly a customer to customer based forum.

If your internet is dropping out, please try running the line test in the My Sky app or on the Sky website.

Regarding WiFi extenders, Sky offer an addon called WiFi Max which entitles you WiFi extenders if required.
