Internet dropped for days

It started 2 days ago randomly. The internet is over half the speed slower. It's normally 79mbps but it's dropped to 30mbps for 2 days now. The internet is horrendous, it's not even doing 30mbps. Please can I have some help!!

@Annabel0123 first think to check is the servicecchecker in the My Sky app as that routinely tests speeds to your hub and should offer help,if those have dropped by 50%. 

If thecspeed the checker gives looks fine it is likelybto becan issue in your home. As a start reboot the hub by removing the power forca few seconds as thst will cause it to find tge least congested wifi channel as your issue coukd be interference. While near the hub make surecit is out in the open on a surface well away from othe equipment.
