Internet down

The internet has gone down, yet the app says my connection is okay, but then also says zero devices connected so it obviously isn't okay. Turned the hub on and off and still nothing

@Marie031 the test initially reports the result of the last routine check which was run before your fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesn't either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report it
