Anyone else experiencing internet being down, over an hour now I think. First the test said there was an area outage then said there was no outage and has booked me an engineer.

Mine went down between 01:00 and 01:30 Appears to be firmware update . By the way i am BT22 area

@SandraMDuncan loss of connectivity in the esrly morning hours are not unusual as this is when updates and maintainance are scheduled to minimise disruption. Unfortunately this is something users can do nothing about.
