Internet down in Leeds

It's probably be asked and answered loads of times please forgive me but is the Internet down in Leeds ? 19th September 2023 (23.31)

Been out all day and just returned home and of course the call centres are all shut and tv Internet everything that needs an Internet connection is unavailable... my router had green power light Internet light is off WiFi is green and talk is amber are any other customers having the same problem? Thanks in advance
