Internet disconnecting

My Internet has disconnected a number of times over yesterday and today but it says I have good connection.

I'm having the same problem especially while streaming videos from Netflix and Disney plus etc.  I'm in Devon where are you.

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR ONT also require to be looked at!
