For the last couple of years or more our internet hasn't been good. We have called out sky technicians and Bt internet guys at least four times and they always say there is no issue with the incoming broadband and also nothing wrong inside the house. The last sky man gave us a new router and still we are suffering with a signal that seems to drop out continuously which leaves us with buffering tv, phones that can't work and even the phone calls through wifi calling drop out all the time or the sound is so bad I have to call people back again to get a decent phone line. We are at a loss of what to do. Any ideas? We can't get fibre where we live.
