Internet constantly drops
My Internet is continually dropping. When I run the test my Internet it says I have connection but even my things that are wired via LAN aren't connected. I have tried restarting router and this occasionally fixes it but it's so frustrating when my sky says there is nothing wrong with my connection

Re: Internet constantly drops
If one is losing complete internet for hours on end then you likely have a fault that needs addressing and fixing by an engineer. If Sky cannot fix the issue then it is better to seek an alternative ISP with better reliability. Sky have 30 days to sort the issue if it is a fault or allow you out of the contract penalty-free.
Recommend you get in contact with Sky to enquire about the fault and get it fixed.
