Internet constantly dropping

It excruciating. My speeds are shocking. The tests say "poor" speeds in the app. The internet drops continuously all day everyday. Can someone help

@acesvp2 Run the diagnostic and see if the system can see any problems.

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Done the test and it is below the minimum gurantee level. Looks like i'll be moving from sky

@acesvp2 It's not an automatic release until sky say so, but it is your choice!
