Internet constantly crashing

For the past about week my internet has been randomly cutting out every couple of minutes for a few seconds. Some days it does it only once or twice, some it does it every couple of minutes and its getting really annoying. The sky help thing just says to run the extremely non helpful tests on the account thing which do nothing.

 

What do i do?

Mine is constantly dropping tonight and I am the same as you. Sky app is no help at all and says there's no problems!

Mine has been the same for the last week or so. When I check the status its all fine. Im not even going to ring to be told everything is fine. This is happening more and more with sky. Im getting so fed up with it and ive not long since renewed with them so im stuck!! Not happy

Same here, last few nights drops out. Sky app says everything is fine. Not fit for purpose, like the rest of the service. I'll be going back to Virgin.

My internet has been crashing most nights for a few hours. The test thing says it all fine. Clearly not as I'm sat here using mobile data due to no WiFi again! Out of contract this month so time to shop around
