@Storyteller check if other devices are connected to the internet. If they aren't check the lights on your Sky hub using this help page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If other device are connected cred try turning off the TV and unplugging the mains until the power led goescout then restart it.
