Internet connection
Got a new hub and I can't connect my sky Q box upstairs to internet or my mobile phone

Please can you send a engineer out to sort this problem out that he made himself yesterday when fitting my new hub he left the old one still plugged in and connected and the new box on the wall in hanging off so needs some out ASAP please

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. Sky won't send an engineer based on a forum post.
Did the engineer say anything when they left as to whether they were going to return or had further work to do on the system?
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

No they nothing about returning I've no clue what's going on I'm not Connor my telly downstairs now it's a joke it really is I'm trying to sort it out but I'm a HGG driver and work 10/14 hours so by the time I get home I can't speak to anyone about it and I can't be on my phone all the time when I'm driving
