Internet connection

My internet connection keeps cutting out during a Microsoft teams call, I can't make a teams call without losing connectivity intermittently. It's fine and then every 5 mins or so it drops out for around 15-20seconds

Is the connection fine on other devices? How far away is the device you are using to make Teams calls from the hub?

Hi, I've got the same problem. Upgraded a couple of months ago but really struggling to connect to TEAMS mtgs and causing a lot of issues.

It's hard to tell, think it happens across the board but buffering on streaming makes it harder to notice. Am within 5m of the router as live in a 1 bed flat
