Internet connection repeatedly dropping

Internet connection keeps dropping. Check says everything is working even when it isn't

Got the same thing. Moved from BT to Sky and streaming services keeping dropping off and my son is constantly kicked out of Xbox games which is driving him mad. We paid extra for a booster but it's not helped. We never had an issue with BT's router
