Internet connection not working
Hello,
Since around 14:00, my internet connection has not been working on all my devices in my home.
On the WiFi router, the internet LED is not displaying a colour and voice LED is amber.
On my OpenReach fibre device, LOS LED is red

Re: Internet connection not working
A red LOS light indicates that the ONT is not reciving light through the fiber, indicating that the fiber to the ONT is not plugged in or is damaged.
Check that the green plug on the ONT is plugged in, do not look down the fibre, the light is invisable to your eyes and can damage your eysight.
If its plugged in then there is an issue in the network which will require Sky to make arrangements for Openreach or City Fibre to repair. Normal turnaround is 2 working days, but you will need to call Sky to resolve.

I remember the Internet starting!
Sky Full Fibre & Virgin Media XGS-PON, with automatic failover using DrayTek multi WAN router.
Sky Q, which will be sadly missed when they decide to kill it off!
