Internet connection keeps dropping

Hi, I work from home and need access but the Internet keeps dropping and loosing connection. Had to abandon meeting as it dropped 4 times in 10 min. Had engineers out a few weeks ago and was told its fixed but it started again. NEED help ASAP Paul
