Hi there please can anyone help!
ever since I moved to sky q I've been having issues with my broadband. For no reason at all it just drops internet connection randomly freezing my mini boxes and rendering phones etc unable to use internet. Sky say it's because I have too many gadgets connected but that's a lame excuse as it does it randomly and it's not dependent on the amount of users on at the time. Here are a couple of screen shots of my router. Please help it's driving everyone mad!!!!

You have 6 Q nodes (Sky Q main, 2x Mini boxes, 2x boosters & router) as well as 27 devices, this is top end for the basic Sky routers, especially the Q router which has been superseded by the SR203.
