My broadband keeps stopping. I can't watch a film or listen to music as it constantly disconnects. I have tried resetting it, tried disconnecting it giving it ten minutes then trying again. Tried every connection, tried totally unplugging it for an hour then starting again but the same problem persists.
I have had to increase my mobile data as it's simply unusable.

It is dropping for me constantly as well

Sounds like there are a lot of us having this problem - but sky are saying it's not an issue. The app keeps saying things are fine. I managed to book an engineer after running the check about 50 times.
